Roast Schedule:
We roast to order every Monday and Wednesday.
– Orders placed by 11:59 pm on Sunday night will be roasted on Monday and ready to be shipped, picked up, or delivered on Tuesday.
– Orders placed by 11:59 pm on Tuesday night will be roasted on Thursday and ready to be shipped, picked up, or delivered on Friday.
If you need a one-off out-of-schedule shipment, please contact us to discuss. Expedite fees may apply.
Recommended Quality Standards:
– Espresso should be at least 12 days off of the roast date.
– Drip coffee should be at least 8 days off of the roast date.
– Retail bags can be made available for sale until after 30 days from the roast date.
